Shipped cleanses are scheduled to ARRIVE on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. We recommend that you START your cleanse the day after your shipment arrives – Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Orders must be received three days prior to ship date. Due to our production time and Fedex schedule, we cannot accommodate orders placed after this timeframe.
No refunds will be given for cancellations. You can reschedule with at least 4 days notice by emailing email@example.com. View our ordering policy.
All cleanses are shipped overnight via FedEx. Cleanses are scheduled to arrive by 8 p.m the day before your start date (Day 1 of your cleanse). To ensure freshness, 3 day cleanses will arrive as one shipment, and 4 and 5 day cleanses will arrive as 2 shipments a couple days later. A tracking number will be provided once your cleanse has shipped. Please contact the Cleanse Concierge if your cleanse does arrive by this time firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipped cleanses do not require a signature and will be left at your door. We suggest that someone is available to receive your package, especially if you live in a warm climate.
All cleanses are ready-to-eat with no preparation required. We do our best to provide your foods as early as possible, however we cannot guarantee exact delivery time as weather conditions and FedEx schedule is beyond our control. Our “prep” email will give you instructions on what you can eat while waiting for your Beaming shipment to arrive.
Cleanses will arrive with ice packs in cooler bags. Please refrigerate all products immediately. Your cleanse will include an instruction card with a cleanse schedule for consuming all products.
