Our foods are currently prepared fresh daily and available for pick up the day before your cleanse begins. For example, if you sign up for our Four Day Rejuvenation program in January, it begins on Tuesday and goes through Friday; you will pick up your cleanse Monday at the designated pick up time so you have your foods available to begin enjoying on Tuesday. Each day on your cleanse you will pick up your foods at your selected pick up location (Monday’s pick up is for Tuesday’s foods, Tuesday’s pick up is for Wednesday and so on…).
