Loving Greens Avocado Smoothie

Meal type Smoothie
A version of Lisa’s Daily Lean & Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (homemade, organic boxed or 1 cups of water to 1T of raw almond butter)
  • 3/4 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2-3 tablespoons Beaming Organic Raw Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend with Greens
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Optional

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • Other superfoods – Maca, Superfood Greens or whatever desired

Directions

Step 1 Blend in mixer until just smooth & sprinkle hemp seeds on top for added nutrition (protein and omegas 3-6-9)
