Basic Daily Green Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 organic cucumber
  • 2 cups organic spinach or kale
  • 6 stalks organic celery
  • 1 organic red apple
  • 1 ” organic ginger

Optional
organic lemon

Beaming Basic Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup sprouted almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 medjol date (Want to make it low-glycemic? Subsitute the date and banana for 1/4 avocado and a low-glycemic superfood sweetener such as yacon, mesquite, honey, coconut sugar or agave.)
  • 2 tablespoons Beaming Organic Superfood Plant Based Protein powder
  • Your favorite fruits (banana, mango, strawberry, etc) and greens (spinach is great))
  • 1/4 cup ice

Directions
Blend in mixer until smooth

Beaming Cashew Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw organic cashews (soaked for 2-4 hours)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1-2 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
  • 1-2 tablespoon fresh herbs of choice
  • 2-4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • sea salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Directions
Put the soaked drained nuts in a vitamix blender and then add up to 1 cup of clean water to blend well. The add remaining ingredients until creamy.

Beaming Signature Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 16oz Beaming unsweetened almond milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons Beaming Superfood Plant Protein with Greens
  • 1/4-1/2 cup ice

Recommended Fruit Choices

  • 1/4 cup frozen berries – blueberries, strawberries or raspberries (these are low glycemic and therefore great for when on a cleanse)
  • 1/2 pear or apple (again, a great fruit choice that is low glycemic and will not spike insulin levels.)

Recommended Greens

  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale or greens of choice
  • 1/4 avocado (great for adding texture, good fat burning fat and creamy texture)

Recommended Superfoods

  • 1 teaspoon Raw Reserve Superfood Greens (or superfood greens of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Maca (for energy & hormone balancing)

Note
*We do not recommend adding banana or mango to your smoothie while on a cleanse based the higher sugar content of these fruits. These can be enjoyed, however, as desired upon completion of one of our cleanses.

Directions

Blue’s Blissful Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • cup Beaming Nut Milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/8 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup organic blueberries
  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • 1 medjool date (pitted)
  • 2 teaspoons Beaming Superfood Smoothie Blend
  • 2 tablespoons Beaming Organic Raw Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend with Greens
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Directions
Blend in mixer until smooth – add ice if desired

Detoxifying & Balancing Green Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs fennel
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 2 ” ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime
  • 1/4 green apple
  • 1/2 head cilantro

Fruits and Veg Smoothie

This recipe was adapted from PUREmamas blog.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups berries (fresh or frozen – I always make sure that some blueberries make there way in!)
  • 1 young coconut (meat + water)
  • 1 cup brazil nut milk (or nut milk of choice)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2-4 tablespoons Beaming Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop Green Vibrance
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen

Note
*If you like it sweeter, add a date or a few drops of stevia.

Directions
Throw all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth! (It helps if you put the spinach and liquid in first!)

Kale Caeser Salad

Ingredients

  • Beaming Cashew Sauce
  • 1 bunch Curly Kale (organic) (destem)
  • 1 cup fennel (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds

Directions
Destem the curly kale and massage with your hands to soften and reduce the bitterness of the kale with lemon juice, a little olive oil and salt & pepper. Add Beaming sauce, shaved fennel, goji berries and sprinkle with hemp seeds.

Liver Cleanse Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 red beet
  • 3 sticks carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 ” ginger

Optional
1/2 ” turmeric

Loving Greens Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (homemade, organic boxed or 1 cups of water to 1T of raw almond butter)
  • 3/4 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2-3 tablespoons Beaming Organic Raw Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend with Greens
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Optional

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • Other superfoods – Maca, Superfood Greens or whatever desired

Directions
Blend in mixer until just smooth & sprinkle hemp seeds on top for added nutrition (protein and omegas 3-6-9)

Persimmon Goji Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ((if it doesn’t work with 1 cup – use 1 ¼ cup))
  • 1 Date
  • 1 tablespoon coconut (dried flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 Small ripe/soft persimmon
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • 1 tablespoon Beaming Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Directions
Blend well and serve. Add goji berries on top.

Raw Spaghetti Beaming-style*

Ingredients – Spaghetti

  • 4-6 large green (& yellow when in season) Zucchini

Ingredients – BEAMING SAUCE – Cashew Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 cup raw organic cashews soaked for 2-4 hours
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1-2 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
  • 1-2 tablespoon fresh herbs of choice
  • 2-4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • sea salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Note
*you will need a vegetable spiraled to make this at home (available online or at the bBAR in Del Mar)

Directions – Spaghetti
Spiral your zucchini and now you are ready to add your favorite “pasta sauce”

**We recommend using a great pesto – homemade or one that you love from the store or italian restaurant

To make it extra delicious, try our incredible “Alfredo Sauce” made with Cashews (no dairy used here!)

Ingredients

  • 2-4 tablespoons Beaming Organic Raw Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend with Greens
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (freshly prepared, boxed or 1T of raw almond butter to 1 cup water)
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or agave
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful spinach

Directions
Blend in mixer until smooth – add ice if desired

Super Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 10 almonds (or 1T almond butter)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 banana (frozen is best)
  • 2 dates
  • 2-4 tablespoons Beaming Organic Raw Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend
  • 1-2 tablespoon

Directions
Blend everything in a Vitamix or high-powered blender.

The Sweet Life

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 2-4 tablespoons Beaming Organic Raw Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend (without Greens)
  • banana (frozen)
  • -2 dates
  • 1 teaspoon cinammon
  • ice (as needed)

Directions
Mix up your smoothie by adding Beaming Superfood Smoothie Blend for extra nutrition and a delicious chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen ACAI (preferably unsweetened)
  • 1 cup almond, rice or hemp milk (homemade or boxed)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • /2 frozen banana
  • 2-3 tablespoons Beaming Organic Raw Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend (with or without Greens)

Directions
Blend in blender until smooth – add more milk if needed or less to thicken. Add sliced banana and berries of choice on top, a drizzle of raw honey and your favorite granola.
