Will I keep my points from your previous loyalty program (Synergy World)?
Yes, all previous points were transferred over from Synergy to the new integrated Aloha experience. However, in most instances, you will see them translated into stored Credit Card value at the rate of $5 for each 100 points (or $.05 for each point). For example, if you previously had 350 points, you will see a balance of $17.50 which can be used to purchase products in-store directly through the app.
What if my previous account did not link to the new program?
If you fully registered for Synergy’s loyalty program, please use the email address associated with your account to look it up. If you previously only provided a phone number to earn points with each purchase in store, please use your phone number to locate the account. If you are unable to look up your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the phone number and/or email address you believe is associated with your account and we will ensure it is transitioned properly.
What if I am not seeing points added to my account when making new purchases?
You may be part of an earlier loyalty program (circa 2013/2014) and were assigned a member number which was not associated with our new loyalty program (circa 2019). We recently went through and manually assigned points for all purchases made during this transitional period and there is a chance we missed one. If you believe this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com so we can investigate.
I downloaded the new Beaming app and did not receive the free item (up to a $12 value) as a reward, what do I need to do?
Thank you for downloading the new Beaming App, you may still need to go through the sign-up process for the new loyalty program. Once you are signed in you will see a bar code with your member number, points and any stored value. If you are signed in and still did not receive the sign-up reward, please email a screenshot of this bar code to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate further.
Why am I unable to add funds to my Stored Gift Card?
There was a known issue with the app which we resolved. Please ensure you download the latest version at either the Apple App or Google Play stores.
I recently purchased a cleanse to be shipped to me at LiveBeaming.com, will I earn points?
As of now, points will only automatically be added to purchases made for in-store pick-up or take-out using the new online ordering portal available online or in-app.
Do I need to add value to my Store Gift Card to order online?
You have the option to pay via Stored Gift card or Credit Card for purchases made via the app. Paying via stored value is a quick way to pay in-store as you can scan your bar code on the go.
